PLANNED & PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Capture Imaging operate a planned maintenance procedure. We believe in being proactive instead of reactive. By making routine service calls the operating life of the equipment and machine breakdowns are reduced to a minimum, which ultimately leads to greater machine reliability and customer satisfaction.
ENGINEERING STANDARDS
Our engineers are trained to the highest level by Konica Minolta on the full product range and our engineers far exceed these requirements of competence. With over 50 years experience between the divisions this provides excellent service we believe to be second to none to the customer.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Capture arranges delivery of equipment at a time which is convenient for the customer within 10 working days of acceptance of the proposal. Equipment is then installed by our trained installation team. This process ensures that all equipment is operational on the day of delivery.
TRAINING
In our quest for total customer satisfaction, Capture’s commitment does not stop once equipment is installed; we go one step further by offering comprehensive training for all of our customers. Capture ensures that all staff are competent in operation of any machine installed within your company. Capture have a training officer who will carry out all training on the equipment at installation and on an ongoing basis should additional training be required. All training and delivery is carried out free of charge. |
