Capture Imaging Solutions Secures Series of Major Contracts
|
Aberdeen based Capture Imaging Solutions (Capture) has secured several significant new contracts in a strong first half to its financial year. The contracts are estimated to be worth in excess of £1m. In total, the document management, copy, print and scan solutions service provider has installed over 150 new machines in the period from November to April. Capture is now on target for a record projected turnover of £2m in its second year of trading.
Capture’s new contracts come from a range of north east businesses. The new clients include Rolls Wood Group and Stronachs. Capture Director, Colin Yule, comments, “Capture Imaging Solutions has secured a series of significant new contracts with a number of notable north east businesses.
“The businesses offer a broad cross-section of local commerce and have a range of requirements which we will fulfil. Capture was founded on principles of providing a quality service coupled with a superior level of customer care, and our reputation for providing this has undoubtedly been an attraction to our new customers. Our existing customers are equally important to us though, and they will continue to benefit from the same exceptional level of customer care that they have since day one.
“Customer retention, as well as growing the business through the attraction of new customers, is crucial for Capture. That the business is set for a record projected turnover suggests to me that we have wasted no time in finding the right blend of the two ingredients.”
A record turnover would only be the latest in a series of achievements for Capture, which has continued to surpass expectations. The business’s significant growth in terms of sales and staff has also earned it recognition on a local and national level.
Capture’s first-year achievements were enough to earn the company the New Business Award at the 2006 Grampian Awards for Business Enterprise. A year on, Capture has again been named as a finalist at the awards, this time in the Young Business category. Capture will find out if it can complete a double success at the awards ceremony, which takes place 7 June 2007.
The company’s sales efforts have been recognised by Konica Minolta. Capture was recently named third in the UK for sales of Total Office Colour products. At an awards ceremony in London Capture also picked up the Most Improved Dealer in the UK Award and received a Special Recognition Achievement for outstanding overall performance.
